Physical Therapist Assistant - Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation

Role: Physical Therapist Assistant supporting evidence-based rehabilitation services in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. Responsibilities: Assist in guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility, gait training, and functional activities.Document patient progress accurately in the EMR.Educate patients and families on home programs to promote recovery and independence.Uphold safety and infection control standards.Collaborate within a team to deliver whole-person care—addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
