Job Description

• Follow an appropriate plan of care and provide evidenced-based treatment methods to assist patients in returning to prior level of function.
• Maintain accurate, up to date documentation and billing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, and experience with various post-operative protocols, and wound care experience is preferred.
• We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training.
• This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly skilled therapists, in a dynamic and refreshing environment, with 1:1 care provided to our patients on a 40–60-minute schedule.
• Compensation can be negotiated based on experience, certifications, and specialties.

Qualifications

• Proven work or clinical experience as a PTA
• Intensive education and clinical expertise
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through)
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy assistant

Additional Information

• Compensation: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour; can be negotiated based on experience, certifications, and specialties.
• Sign-on bonus of $3,000
