About the role

Drayer Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a flexible and adaptable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to float between our Carlisle, PA outpatient orthopedic clinics. You will work in a modern setting with strong mentorship, robust continuing‑education opportunities, and advanced clinical technology that reduces documentation time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, evidence‑based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Engage in professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility).

Pay

Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $27.00 to $35.00, plus an achievable monthly clinical bonus program (over 90% of clinicians qualify). Estimated pay ranges consider factors such as pay class, experience, background, and geographic location.
