Physical Therapist Assistant Encore Northwoods Lodge Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist in related documentation and communication.
• Functions under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Instructs patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.
• A minimum of 1 years experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
