Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing Easton, Maryland team. Full-time and part-time positions available.

About the role

If you value 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture—not high-volume, corporate-style care—this is the role for you.

• 1:1 treatment sessions — no double-booking
• PT-owned practice with direct access to leadership
• Paid mentorship + fully funded certifications
• New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship
• Less than 11 patients per day

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
• Be involved in treatment, not just evaluations and re-evaluations
• Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
• Engage in mentorship, continuing education, and specialty track development
