About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help treat a diverse orthopedic and neurological patient population through evidence-based rehabilitation and manual therapy while delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent injuries.
- Deliver one-on-one patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery.
- Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide manual therapy and other outcome-based treatment techniques.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing.
- Associate Degree required.
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Required).
- CPR Certification (Required).
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Full-Time
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
