Job Overview

Provide direct care, patient education and Support of the physical therapy called for in the patient's treatment plan. Consults with and educates other care team members concerning applicable patient assessment and treatment protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
  • current physical therapy assistant licensure by the Georgia State Board
  • valid CPR certification
  • current valid Driver’s license
  • 1-2 years experience with geriatric patients
  • Home Health experience preferred

Salary Range

$65,025.03- $97,537.54
