Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
  • Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
  • Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance, and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
  • Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
