Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) implements treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist, providing high-quality patient care while monitoring progress and communicating changes in patient condition. The PTA is responsible for timely and accurate documentation of services provided, ensuring all interventions are appropriately billed and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.
