About the role
Sportscare and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy is a therapist‑owned clinic with a family culture and top reputation since 1963, providing physical therapy to the Portland metro area and adding occupational/hand therapy in 2006. The team of 85 members works across six convenient clinic locations in the Portland metro area plus an additional location in Salem, OR. The clinic offers mentorship, generous CEU/PTO, 45‑minute appointments, and 1:1 patient care. Located in Gresham, Oregon, the clinic enjoys proximity to Mount Hood, Multnomah Falls, the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Portland, and Portland International Airport, offering a blend of community charm and urban convenience with abundant outdoor recreation, wineries, dining, and entertainment. Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapist assistant services to patients
- Utilize available therapy equipment and gym space
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Manage multiple assignments and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment
- Not responsible for completing insurance authorizations for patients
Requirements
- Graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state of Oregon license
- CPR certification
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience
- A passion for physical therapy and patient care
- Enjoys diversity in personnel, clinics, and treatment approaches

$28.00 - $36.00 hourly rate depending upon experience
