About the Role
As a PTA in home health, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy services following the established Plan of Care
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
- Support senior care patients in improving strength, balance, and independence
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and fall prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete documentation using WellSky Kinnser EMR
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Current CPR certification (AHA required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
- Strong interest in home health, rehab, and senior care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Pay
Pay-Per-Visit: $55 USD - $70 USD
