Responsibilities
- Treat patients following the Physical Therapist's plan of care
- Provide one-on-one patient care in 45-minute treatment sessions
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Participate in mentorship and clinical education programs
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Support positive patient outcomes through individualized care
Qualifications
- Licensed or pending Washington PTA License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Desire for continued professional growth and learning
- Ability to create a supportive treatment environment
