About the Role
Full-Time / Part-Time opportunity in Outpatient Rehabilitation setting located in Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled treatments according to the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
- Monitor and communicate patient progress to the supervising PT.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, in-services, and continuing education.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program or equivalent.
- Current and valid Arizona PTA license/registration/certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
- Current CPR certification required.
