At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, we are expanding and seeking a motivated, compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional, patient‑centered care. PTAs are essential members of the clinical team, collaborating with therapists to restore confidence, rebuild strength, and help patients return to what they love. Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Physical Therapists to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and hands‑on treatment techniques
• Progress treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Help maintain a professional, upbeat clinic environment focused on results

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient‑centered care
• Dependable, team‑oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
