Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists in providing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic, sports, and workers’ compensation patients.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, manual techniques, and patient education.
• Document patient care, monitor progress, and assist in managing patient flow.
• Collaborate with a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
