Physical Therapist Assistant

Role: Physical Therapist Assistant providing in-home rehabilitation services in a community setting. Responsibilities: Implement care plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Deliver treatments focused on mobility, strength, and functional independence.Document patient progress accurately.Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety.Ensure safety within the home environment.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic, whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit. Qualifications & Skills: Compassionate, dedicated, and capable of providing patient-centered care. Strong communication, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential. A valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
