About the role

Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists (PPTS), Southeastern Michigan’s premier private practice in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote patient recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements

• Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist Assistant with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current or upcoming Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, with active CPR certification
• Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
