About the role

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, applying therapeutic modalities, and documenting patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises
• Apply therapeutic modalities as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
