About the Role
We provide one-on-one care by the PT/PTA for 40 minutes for follow-ups and 60 min evals. You treat in teams: patient works with one PT and one PTA during plan of care for continuity.
We have weekly staff meetings to go over tough cases, practice skills, or evidence based practice items, and ideas to improve work flow and patient and staff experiences.
If you want to be challenged and be the best version of yourself professionally and personally we can provide that accountability. We have a generous continuing education package and you will have a Medbridge subscription as well as treating one on one allows you time to go ask a peer for some insight with the patient there. We will support your vision and ideas for growth and provide resources for your learning. We allow blocking for co treating or learning from other providers on the team.
We have a loss rate bonus and an incentive bonus based on Regenerative and Wellness services.

About Us
We are an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Lacey, WA helping patients to stay active and mobile avoiding surgeries & meds whenever possible. We do have quite a few post-op patients and we commit ourselves to great post-op care as well. Dr. Penrose has done speaking engagements with several of the orthopedic surgeons in town and has interviewed a few on her Podcast "Stay Healthy South Sound." We commit to educating our community via workshops, newspaper articles, free tips reports, blogs, social media posts, podcasts, and free screenings and discovery consult visits. We treat the whole person and offer health and wellness solutions via cash programs like yoga & personal training & pilates and massage therapy and weight loss through low glycemic impact eating.
Compensation
$28.00 - $36.00 per hour
