About the Role

Join Oasis Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, in West Clearwater, WA (9501 W Clearwater Ave, Suite A130). We are seeking full‑time, part‑time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide hands‑on, evidence‑based care in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands‑on, evidence‑based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Washington State PTA license (or eligibility).

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $26.00 – $32.00 (subject to start availability and other factors).
