Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, stretching, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive patient experience
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Georgia PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• 1+ year of experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for patient care and rehabilitation

$50,000 - $60,000 per year
