About the Role
Copper Ridge Health and Rehab in Butte, Montana is hiring a Full-Time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a real impact in a supportive, team-driven environment while living in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Assess patient needs and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
