About the role

Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic setting in our North Columbus clinic. We are seeking passionate PTAs—whether recent graduates or experienced clinicians—to help patients recover movement and return to activities they love.

What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream's mentorship and learning programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Georgia PTA license (or eligibility)

Pay

$27.00 - $38.00 per hour
