Responsibilities: Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistProvide in-home therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventionsMonitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PTEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility practicesCoordinate with the interdisciplinary home health care team to ensure continuity of careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare and state regulationsManage a caseload of home health patients across the Reno, NV service area Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.Graduate of an accredited PTA program (CAPTE-approved).Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred). - Open to fresh grads will train!!CPR certification (required).Ability to lift and transfer patients weighing 150+ lbs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families.Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state compliance requirements.Comfortable traveling to patient homes (reliable transportation required).
