About the role
We have an immediate need for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant. Our team-focused clinical setting offers an open environment, growth opportunities, mentorship, and a generous compensation package.
Pay
- Base pay: $26–32/hour depending on experience
- Productivity bonus: up to an additional $6.87/hour
- Sign-on bonus: up to $2,000 plus relocation assistance

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current Texas license (or eligibility if relocating) with CPR certification
- Strong drive to serve others, learn, and grow
- Emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and people skills
