About the Role

BenchMark, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for outpatient orthopedic settings. The role involves helping patients recover movement and return to activities they love, with support, mentorship, and tools provided for career growth.

What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream's mentorship and learning programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Georgia PTA license (or eligibility)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive rates: $28.00 – $35.00 / hour
