Physical Therapist Assistant - 4 Day Work Week

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health care services. Responsibilities Include Following state laws and supervising PT's treatment plans, performing only qualified procedures, and recommending plan modifications.Instructing and assisting patients with active/passive exercises, gait, ADLs, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training.Monitoring and documenting patient responses, condition changes, and coordinating care with healthcare team members.Educating patients, families, caregivers, and team members within scope of practice. Qualifications Current licensed or certified to practice in the state.CPR certification, valid driver’s license, dependable transportation.Ability to work with diverse patient populations and willingness to work weekend rotations.
