Job Summary
Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Alamogordo, NM. Responsibilities
- Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.
- This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
