About the role

The Physical Therapist Aide serves as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, assisting patients from arrival to departure to ensure a positive experience. JAG Physical Therapy is a comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company with over 150 facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, recognized as a Gold Standard provider by regional healthcare systems and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into the treatment area from the waiting room
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day
• Wash and dry laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available
• Work as a team member to ensure patients receive a positive experience
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle fluid situations
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
