Physical Therapist Aide

About the role

The Physical Therapist Aide is the liaison between the patient and the Physical Therapist. The role includes assisting the patient from time of arrival to their departure, ensuring patients have a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into the treatment area from the waiting room
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day
• Wash and dry laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available
• Work as a team member to ensure patients receive a positive experience
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
