As the liaison between the patient and the Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Aide assists patients from arrival to departure, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to fluid situations
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times

Responsibilities

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day
• Wash and dry laundry, ensuring clean towels are available
• Work as a team member to ensure patients receive a positive experience
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
