Responsibilities
- Supports the mission, vision, and values of MHCAH.
- Provides evidence-based, patient-family centered quality care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation.
- Works closely with patients and families, building better relationships.
- Interacts effectively with patients, families, and health care team members.
- Identifies and initiates appropriate actions based on changes in patients' conditions.
- Operates a vehicle with liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current, valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
- Minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Licenses/Certifications: State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist, current, valid driver’s license, and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification.
- Experience: Minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting.
