Travel Physical Therapist position in Suffolk, VA with AMN Healthcare. Provide physical therapy services to patients in a dynamic healthcare setting, assessing mobility, developing treatment plans, and helping patients achieve rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Help patients achieve rehabilitation goals in an acute care setting

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Valid Virginia PT license (Compact accepted)
• 2 years of experience in acute care or outpatient settings
• BLS certification (copy required)
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• 1 professional reference from entire work history
