Responsibilities
- Provide acute physical therapy services to patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Physical Therapist license (PT-ID) – copy required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (BLS-AHA) – copy required
- Social Security Number required
- Date of Birth required
- Work history with no more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
- 1 reference within the last 12 months
Qualifications
- 1 year of acute physical therapy experience
Pay
Hourly rate: $2173.00 – $2240.00
