About the role

Provides physical therapy services in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assesses patients' functional status and develops goals for treatment.
• Administers treatments such as therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques.
• Evaluates patient progress and modifies treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist License (PT(Compact Accepted)) required.
• BLS-AHA certification required.
• SSN required.
• DOB required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$1546.00 - $1593.00 per shift.

Schedule

9.5 days per week.
