Physical Therapist - Acute Care

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (Acute Care Therapist) to provide skilled physical therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities in a collaborative, respectful environment dedicated to serving vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess their physical therapy needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence.
• Provide professional consultation to support patient care based on individual needs and potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon Physical Therapist License and licenses in care delivery states.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
