About the Role

Provides direct patient care within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Responsibilities include implementing and adapting treatment plans, performing patient assessments, and coordinating follow-up care post-discharge.

Supervises rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students while fostering a positive learning environment. Maintains productivity standards, documents services accurately, and supports department goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Georgia State Licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or BLS Instructor certifications
• Experience in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge coordination
• Ability to educate and mentor learners, team members, and volunteers
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
