About the role

Responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment programs for patients, ensuring effective and safe care in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and create and review treatment plans.
• Instruct patients and caregivers, and utilize appropriate activities to promote health and recovery.
• Provide direct therapy services and document patient progress.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Oversee therapy assistants and students.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and participate in professional development.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in the practice state.
• Preferred licensure as a licensed physical therapist.
• Ability to work specified hours and communicate effectively.
• Perform essential functions including visual acuity and hearing.
