Schedule

Monday-Friday, with shifts available from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm.

Locations

Full-time openings available in Edmond, El Reno, Lawton, Midwest City, Muskogee, Mustang, Norman, Oklahoma City, and Owasso.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.
