Physical Therapist - $20,000 Sign On

About the role

As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses—including acute and chronic conditions, post-operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological conditions, sports performance, and more.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning
• 1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary starting at $100,000 up to $120,000 (Commensurate with experience)
