Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus, but not required!
• Rate: $55-$60/hour
• $2,000 bonus paid: $1,000 after 90 days & $1,000 paid after 6 months - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status for 6 months
