Physical Therapist $10K Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per Month in Student Loan Assistance!

Location: Ventnor, NJ

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 3 evenings a week until 7 pm
• Done at 3 pm Fridays
• No weekends

Pay

$80,000–$100,000 a year, based on experience

• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $350 per month toward student loans for the duration of employment

About the role

Multiple-therapist outpatient orthopedic center with 3 PTs and front-desk staff. We treat a diverse patient mix including orthopedics, neuro, pelvic health, sports medicine, and vestibular/post-concussion. Experienced staff provide mentorship and career development; new graduates and experienced physical therapists are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training; maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
