Physical Therapist - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

About the role

You will work in an outpatient setting and have the ability to communicate directly with physicians regarding patient care. We are an established and growing physician-owned practice that is well respected throughout the Central Ohio healthcare community, and we rely on our PTs to ensure high quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinics with top-of-the-line equipment and modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs.
• Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Current, unrestricted, Ohio licensure
• Patient centered focus, with a strong work ethic and commitment to helping our patients get back to doing the things they love!
