Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado

Pay

• Rate: $55-$60/hour
• $10,000 bonus paid in increments: $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 12 months, $2,500 after 18 months, and $2,500 after 24 months (full-time positions only; must remain in full-time status to receive each bonus amount)
