Primary Responsibilities: Support the Security Manager in the delivering the security operation and management of uniform security personnel. Corporate team assistance in developing security officer training strategies to counter supply chain risks and gaps affecting the Facility. Support the Security Manager in related projects, new physical security installations and repairs, as assigned. Assisting Security & Compliance management team in developing security procedures, security training requirements, security training material, and security training communications to develop best in class corporate training programs for the front-line Security Personnel. Working in partnership with plant operational management teams in identifying security gaps; security breaches; and security investigations. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in private security, military security, or law enforcement background. Must be a US citizen or provide proof of identity and work authorization.)Investigative experience in criminal acts including identifying and conducting an internal comprehensive case management, as assigned. Coaching and developing plant security team members in reaching their full workplace potential. Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability and willingness to travel, when needed. Motivated and challenged to drive high performance.
