Physical Security Project Manager - Fayetteville, GA (Onsite Role)

About the role

Lead and coordinate multiple projects within security, fire alarm, and construction environments. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery in high-visibility, fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material management, procurement workflows, and inventory tracking for projects.
• Maintain strong understanding and oversight of Division 28 systems, including CCTV, access control, and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant national, state, and local codes, including obtaining and retaining necessary certifications and licenses.
• Utilize project management tools (such as Smartsheet and Excel) for tracking project progress and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain customer focus and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Apply strategic thinking and tactical execution to achieve project goals.
