Physical Security Project Manager

Locations: California, within San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz counties.

About the role

The Physical Security Project Manager is part of the Enterprise Protection, Data & Analytics (EPD&A) organization and is assigned to Corporate Security. The role oversees planning and execution of physical security system projects—including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and supporting infrastructure. It requires strong technical knowledge, disciplined project management, and the ability to coordinate across Corporate Security, IT, and business partners. The PM follows IT/CSD PMO standards, tools, and templates to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using approved IT/CSD PMO methodologies and templates.
• Conduct site assessments to validate design requirements, installation conditions, and risk factors.
• Coordinate installation of access control, CCTV, alarms, intercoms, and related low voltage systems.
• Manage subcontractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure adherence to scope and standards.
