About the role
The Physical Security Program Manager provides leadership to managers and professional staff with accountability for performance and results of multiple teams, while developing departmental plans and priorities where decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives. In addition, this is a liaison role and is responsible for interfacing and communicating between local and Headquarters Federal personnel and SRNS employees on all details relative to the Program being managed.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to managers and professional staff with accountability for performance and results of multiple teams, while developing departmental plans and priorities where decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives.
- Develops/tracks SRNS performance milestones.
- Develops presentations and communiques for stakeholders detailing funding requirements, scope and schedule.
- Develops five-year and annual budgets.
- Understands variances between current year budget vs. actuals.
- Monthly and annual reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Twelve or more years of experience as an individual contributor in one or more of the roles managed plus three or more years of experience in a relevant management role, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus eight or more years of experience in one or more of the roles managed, OR
- Master's Degree in a relevant field plus five or more years of experience in one or more of the roles managed.

- Ability to obtain and maintain "Q" level security clearance.

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Experience interfacing with operations and engineering teams.
