Responsibilities
- Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in an individual’s home.
- Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care that empower members to maintain independence.
- Perform one-time medical device training to patients with peripheral neuropathy.
- Complete straightforward documentation through our secure, user-friendly online potable accessible from any device.
- Participate in training to become a certified wearable device trainer.
- Provide education on use of the device.
