About the role
Pacific Health Southwest Medical Center is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician in Vancouver, Washington. This opportunity is for a BC/BE Physiatrist to join an established practice of 3 experienced providers and provide per diem services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other physicians, psychologists, nurses, and therapists to develop plans of management for patients with pain or functional limitations.
- Perform electrodiagnostic studies (EMG and NCV) and possibly offer Botox treatments for spasticity (MIGRAINE AND OR TORTICOLLIS), TPI, SI Injections, and Prolotherapy.
- Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Participate in ongoing community engagement with the free clinic and teaching opportunities with residents both inpatient and outpatient.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (BC/BE).
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Willingness to perform electrodiagnostic studies and possibly offer Botox treatments.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Current license to practice medicine in Washington State.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage a busy schedule and variable work hours.
Benefits
The practice offers a competitive hourly rate of $174.17, select retirement and wellness benefits, and a Clinician Well-Being Program. There are no call responsibilities and the schedule is flexible.

Guaranteed W-2 hourly rate: $174.17

Variable/Flexible per diem schedule, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
